Howard Brown,
convinced Norm in 1985 to buy a boat and start guiding weekends and
summer. Norman connected with a local boat builder named Larry Pearce
to make a 22 foot welded aluminum flat bottom skiff. It didn’t take
long for Norman to shift his love for fishing from catching fish to
watching customers catch fish. Since the Summer of 1986, Norm has
